The book's cover shares a lot:

Self Love as Spiritual Practice: Nine Keys for Loving Yourself
This book has been in the making for many years. I am now reading it bound in book form. So exciting and rewarding to see this come
together. Read more about the book here on this site, click: Self Love as Spiritual Practice. I can also suggest you go to the publisher's page, that is the Xlibris link and scroll down to read an excerpt of the book. I've lived with much of
this material for 15 years and whenever I work with the material, I learn more, am
called to grow and am inspired all over again by the help from Spirit
that comes in the way of the poems. In the book I also call them
lessons or messages. In God's Name I invite you to read this meaningful and powerful piece given to me to share with you. It addresses the Sixth Commandment, Thou Shalt Not Kill, in respect to the war on terrorism, mercy killing, and more. Easy to read, and far different that most of what you will read as we face the ten years since the 9/11 terrorism attack. Originally written in 2001 after the towers fell, Spirit added to it this September, 2011. Please click on the side bar.
Personal LifeI
live in a wonderful small, rural town tucked among the major cities of
the eastern seaboard. Woodstock, Connecticut, is in an area that is
called The Last Green Valley--an environmentally important region. Here
I attend the Hill Church, also known as The First Congregational Church
of Woodstock. This 300 year old church, as so many others, has a much
smaller congregation than it once had and still has the large building
to care for. With the retirement of the minister of 35 years, the Hill
Church is soul searching regarding its future. Last night, a hot
Wednesday evening, in the wonderful barn of my kitty-corner neighbors, we
had a mid-summer service. I was invited to share and show Our Book. What a great opportunity to stand and share with these neighbors, share about the life that lead to this book Self Love as Spiritual Practice. I also came out
during my ten minute spontaneous talk. I came out as a mystic, change
agent and Lightworker. An important step for me. I've been mussing re
what to call myself. Author is good, yet that does to tell enough of my
story and the amazing life I have had for 20 years since I met a Spirit
Guide out in the wilds of northern California. You can read about it
in Our Book. Self Love as Spiritual Practice is now available from the Publisher/Xlibris, at Amazon and Barnes & Noble Here is the link to their Bookstore:
TrueHealth includes health in mind, body, emotions, spirit, home, relationships, finances, the ecology....and sense of community. What does it mean to you and write me so I can add to the list.
For me TrueHealth includes having the energy and means to participate in a great shifts towards a healthier planet and a more evolved and peaceful existence on our Earth, and having what it takes to deal if things get really hard. Feeling good also means working in collaboration with like minded people. I am in the "Think globally, act locally" mode.
Will you take incremental steps as this year comes to a close to make a contribution to the higher good? If not, what is stopping you? For some of us, what is stopping us is a sense of, or a real lack of support. Sometimes it is hard to take care of self only for ones own sake. Or hard because others, those around us, are not very healthy in their lifestyles or? Again, I ask, what is true for you? Self Love as Spiritual Practice is now available from the Publisher/Xlibris, at Amazon and Barnes & Noble Water In
the last few years and in the coming ones there will be more and more
focus on water as in rain, drinking water, water for our crops and of
course the water level and quality of the ocean. There will be many
issues: How polluted is it, how much is it raining or not, all the
effects of climate change that involve water, and so much more. Here in
NE it is predicted that climate change is going to mean more spring and
late spring precipitation. Last year this hurt our crops. This year we
did not have the same event. Instead we had a super dry July. So, how
do farmers begin to make adjustments? I realize this is huge over
simplification of a larger issues.
Being
in the water business, on my local Conservation Commission, now on the
new AGvocate Committee and with my overall interests in strengthening
our life force, the roles of water are more and more in my
consciousness. I realize that I am going to "have to" write more about
how I see the role of water. I also recommend the documentary: Flow the Film. Check it out at: www.flowthefilm.com/ February
26 my local paper published a first article: "The Properties of Water
are Related to the Quality of Life." This link will take you to where
you can open a PDF of the whole paper. Not the most convenient but it
may be fun to see a small rural town weekly. The article is on page 9.

As a Distributor for Enagic, the 35 year old Japanese company that makes the water system that creates Kangen WaterTM, I see drinking Kangen Water as an element in the greater project of creating TrueHealth. Please see: www.TrueHealth.H2Origin.com.
As an "old" new product marketing consultant, new to living in a rural, agricultural, wooded area, I feel I am in the heart of a happening place. The way we live on the land, the quality, the very viability of the water, the food and the air are our responsibility. I'm deeply interested in the conservation and evolution of how we share our natural resources. I am deeply interested in TrueHealth.
Reforming Health Care was a galvanizing issue for many months. Here in NE CT there is an amazing organization in operation. It is called HealthQuest with the intention of Achieving Healthier Communities Together. Recently I met with one of the leaders of this work...and hope to find a way to work with her and HealthQuest. I've also heard of several different models for health clinics...and yearn to know more and participate. In these challenging times, considering our economic health, the pollution of so many waters, the genetic gambles we are taking with our seeds, all these and more mean that a healthy body and strong immune system are key. A strong spirit and hearts and minds in alignment are equally important. Health Care is largely focused at healing the sick vs helping us be healthy. A huge part of our economy is invested in us being sick and needing insurance. Yet, more now, as the tide slowly shifts and the oceans rise, more emphasis will be on prevention. Let's come up with a better term than preventative health care. What would that be? Language is so important. Stay tuned - as I use my marketing savvy and visionary propensities.
Kangen Water is a piece of what can help us find TrueHealth. The Enagic water technology is far more than a water filter, does much more than just create ionized drinking water, it changes the body and changes lives. Go to my website: TrueHealth.H2Origin.com to find out more. As I've said above, in my perspective, this water and water are part of a bigger picture.
We are all in this together, and I feel that I have been given a tool, with Kangen Water, to help others and give back to the world. Surely, now is a time to be good to each other, to remember the basics: to love yourself and your neighbor, to stay or get healthy and to keep the faith. Check out my website: TrueHealth.H2Origin.com and other aspects of this AniColt.com site. Feel free to contact me. I suggest that you take a look at my "Ani -- Marketing Consultant" section. I love being a locavoreSupporting local farmers and my CSA, Community Supported Agriculture, neighbors gives me amazing pleasure. Knowing the smiles of those who grow the foods lights up my prep time for a meal. As a girl I remember my bowl legged grandmother, in her old lady dresses, German belly firm out front, and legs a bit wobbly, tend her garden. About 10 by 15 feet, it filled the back of their small lot in Monroe, Wisconsin. But my mother and father never grew foods in their gardening years. It was not done in suburbia, and really not the norm in those years. Until Woodstock I lived almost all my life in suburbia. And now being a Locavore is an "in" thing. Being in feels good, in this case, however it is cooking and eating local that give me pleasure. More, it is a way we can create a shift to healthier food and people.
Being Creative Feeds the Soul
One of the things that keeps me going is being creative. It is part of my energy. Being creative, I like to say, is GODD like. Over the last year I have taken a lot of photos...many of them of the views from and around
my windows. I have 14 windows in my 5 room apartment. The views from
here on the second floor inspire me. Here is a picture from my kitchen window.
